Rethymno Mare Royal & Waterpark

The bar staff and animation team were lovely, and there really wasn't anything bad to say. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, but that didn't bother me since I wasn't there to spend all my time indoors. Special mention to Rahoul at the poor bar, who greeted me with a smile and fist bump every morning. I'd definitely come back.

We left with lovely memories and a very positive impression of the hotel. A few small problems came up at the start, but the staff sorted them out quickly and professionally. Their helpful, efficient service and the great atmosphere made for an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team made the day feel really special. From the clean, quiet room and comfortable bed to the lovely atmosphere throughout the place, we had a wonderful stay. There was champagne and fruit waiting in the room, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. They even replied to my booking request within five minutes, which had never happened for me before. I felt like a queen. A big thank you to everyone.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept in perfect condition, and the facilities were top quality. The hotel itself is elegant, spotless, and beautifully designed. What I remember most, though, is how welcoming the staff were. Everyone was polite, professional, and happy to help with a warm smile, making me feel valued throughout my stay. I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and great service. I'll definitely return.
