The staff were flawless, helpful, and everything was spotless. We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel, with a magnificent restaurant view and plenty of comfort. There’s good food, a well-kept spa, an indoor gym, and comfortable loungers by both the pool and beach. The rooms are well soundproofed, too. A great choice if you want peace and a bit of pampering.

I was so relaxed and comfortable here that leaving was hard. The breakfast was good quality with a nice variety, and the staff were very friendly. The location is easy to get to, near a long sandy beach. The restaurant view is breathtaking, the balcony doors keep out sound, and the pool mattresses are great.

It’s a new hotel with nice decor, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is very close, and guests have a private area with free loungers. There’s an old building in front that partly blocks the sea view, though, and the pool was very, very cold in mid-May. Food was okay but the choices were limited, and breakfast selection plus a few other small things kept it from feeling like five stars.

We spent a really happy vacation here and loved the long beach, especially the gorgeous sunsets. It stretches so far you could walk for two hours. The hotel beach is part of the public beach and only a three-minute walk away, with umbrellas that give deep shade. Sometimes people from outside used the beach area, though, and there’s no sign showing it belongs to the hotel. I hope they can address that. Two supermarkets are nearby, and a taxi to Rethymno old city costs 7€. The taxis here are white Mersedes. The hotel is brand new and thoughtfully designed. We loved the calm around the pool and the complimentary cocktails. Our room was comfortable, with details like individual controls for the air conditioning and curtains on a panel by the bed. We slept deeply, thanks in part to the great soundproofing. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the waiters were lovely. Housekeeping was perfect, with towels changed daily. The laundry service was a surprise at 12€ per load, and it saved us time on our long trip.
