Angela Downtown Hotel

The premium room was a little tired around the edges, but perfectly functional. We stayed for a week over Easter and found the staff very good. I didn't catch the name of the young woman with long brown hair at reception, but she was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Breakfast had plenty of choice and variety, more than you'd usually expect from a 3 star hotel. It's a good base, about 10 minutes from the beach one way and a similar walk to the old town. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality, functional hotel in the area.

I booked spontaneously and was so glad to get a room, since the nearby hostel was already full. It was out of season, so things were quiet, and I had a lovely stay in a beautiful room. The people were lovely and ready to help, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. Thanks for the stay and a good time on Rhodos.

The pool was small but nice, and it wasn't crowded during our stay, so it worked perfectly. Staff were really nice, breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and very nice, with housekeeping every day. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all close by. The walls are a bit thin, though. Our room was on a corner near the stairs and elevator, so keep that in mind when booking. We had no other complaints and really enjoyed our stay.

The receptionists Anna and Despina were absolute stars. Their restaurant and nightlife recommendations were tailored to our tastes and spot on, and their directions were so clear that we never got lost. Before arrival, they accommodated my requests for late check-in and late check-out. Because of my allergies, they also arranged hypoallergenic pillows and bedding, and the room was sparkling clean every day. The pool at the back of the hotel is small but adequate and quiet. What a relaxing stay. Highly recommend, choosing this place makes life as a tourist much easier.
