The food had a big variety and was delicious. I have a food allergy, and the chefs took the time to check the dishes with me each time. Our room was well maintained, and the cleaning team did a great job. We felt looked after all week, from the kitchen to the front desk, and the whole team was hardworking, professional, and very kind. Special thanks to Zara, Esri, Popi, Anthonis, Maria, Stella, Vaso, and their manager from catering, and to John, Aldo, Iléas, Anastasia, and the bell boy who helped us when we arrived late last Sunday night. Sorry we didn’t catch your name. We spent 6 days here and had a great time. The hotel sits between the beachside and the beautiful, historic old town, with everything in the city within walking distance. We were glad we trusted the good reviews. Thanks for all the kindness and smiles. We’ll be back. Take care 🙂

Antonis deserves a special mention. He was always smiling, helpful, and welcoming, a real asset to the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay at Mitsis Petits Palais in early May. The restaurant waiting staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and our room was spacious and clean. We’d definitely return.

We loved our stay here. The food quality was so good that the limited variety didn’t really bother me, and I’ve worked in more than 7 hotels and eaten at all of them. I especially enjoyed trying the Greek dishes at the buffet, and they have their own Italian oven for handmade pizzas. The staff service was 10/10, and thanks to Violetta for the creps! When we first arrived, there was food and fruit in our room, and they kept restocking big bottles of fresh water during our short trip. I’d add more sunbeds to the small pool area. I also missed having some morning entertainment. I know it was still low season for Rhodes, but there were enough people at the hotel for activities. We loved it anyway, thanks so much!

For our final night, they upgraded us to Mitsis Alila, a five-star resort, and arranged complimentary transfers. We stayed in a stunning beachfront room there, with outstanding food, entertainment, and facilities. I can’t thank the Mitsis Group enough for such a memorable experience. At Mitsis Petit Palais, I spent my most recent birthday in September 2025. The price felt very reasonable for a prime location a short walk from the beach. The accommodation was modest but comfortable, and the all-inclusive offering was excellent. I enjoyed the entertainment, especially the Greek dance evening where guests could join in and learn traditional steps. The staff were great, except for the pizza guy, which was a bit funny. They surprised me with cheesecake and wine for my birthday, along with a very special gift. I’ve already recommended Mitsis to lots of friends and would love to return.
