Manolis Loft Apartment

The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the apartment is right in the heart of the city. It’s a great split-level setup, with two bedrooms upstairs on the mezzanine and the kitchen and lounge below. Modern decor, and the hosts were quick to answer whenever we had a question or issue.

The view was beautiful and the location was great. The place itself was modern, comfortable, and super clean. Manolis was friendly and helpful throughout. Loved it and would definitely come back!

The location was good, but the apartment bore no resemblance to what Booking had described. It was very dirty and had mold, and the advertised photos didn’t match reality, making them misleading. The price for what we got was unacceptable. Our confirmed check-in time was 4:00 PM, but after booking the operator moved it to 5:00 PM without agreement. When we complained, the issue wasn’t taken seriously. We were told we could either stay or leave early, but there would be no refund. That felt like clear deception and very poor service. Dear Mr. Iouanno, your response didn’t address the mold, excessive dirt, or misleading photos. After we complained, you stopped communicating and ignored our second message. We found that highly unprofessional, and it showed no willingness to resolve the problem or accommodate us at all. The response also came across as childish. You might want to consider further hospitality training so you can handle justified criticism appropriately.

You can get around without transport because the location is so central. The main drawback is that the owner provides only one key card, which makes it hard for a group to follow separate plans. Since the property is on the ground floor by the sidewalk, the door needs to stay locked, and both the electricity and heating work only with the key.
