For the rest of the holiday, the staff treated us like family. I could tell how uncomfortable they felt about the trouble and how much they wanted to help, and they were the best staff I’ve ever experienced. The start was rough: our room wasn’t ready because something had broken and needed about a day to fix, so we stayed at a hotel across the street. The receptionist kindly walked us over. When we returned the next day, it still wasn’t fixed, and we waited another three hours. I think they couldn’t repair it, so they gave us a sea view room as compensation.

The reception team were kind and ready to help with anything we needed, and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy. We stayed for seven days, and our towels were changed almost every day, except once. It takes around 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the center, which was fine for us. Breakfast was our one letdown: it was the same each day, with very few new items added.

The beds and mattresses were really comfortable, though the bathroom was small. Breakfast was simple but enough to get the day going, and the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. For the price and location, it’s a strong deal. You can walk to the antique city center, catch the airport bus around the corner, or head out to explore Rhodos or party near Nafsika, which is right by the party center. A good choice if you plan to spend your days and nights out.

Teodoro and the whole team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were genuinely warm, always smiling, and so helpful with anything I asked. Their kindness made the holiday memorable, and they really made me feel like family. Hotel Nafsika was a comfortable, relaxing base for exploring Rhodes, and I’d happily recommend it. Alla prossima e un abbraccio da Roma!

It’s close to the beach, and the small, cozy rooms were cleaned every day. My only gripe was breakfast, which was the same each day.
