The place had a cozy, almost family-like feel, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Dimitris, the bartender, was especially kind and friendly. Kyana, the owner, was also very respectful and professional. Everything was super clean, and we had a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend it and would love to come back.

The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony view was gorgeous. The bathroom felt more modern than those in other apartments we’ve stayed in on Corfu, with a large shower, glass door and good water pressure. Ilena hotel itself is peaceful, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area that has plenty of shade if you’d rather stay out of the sun. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We’ve just come back from an amazing week and can’t say enough good things about this place. We spent two weeks here with family, renting four rooms, and had zero complaints. Kyana and her staff made our first Corfu trip really memorable, and I hope we can return. The pool was refreshing, with both sunny and shaded spots, and the gardens were beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee, and it’s an easy walk to the beach, beachfront restaurants and into Acharavi. There’s also a tour pickup spot about a five-minute walk away. The staff were courteous and so helpful. From the time we booked, the owner answered questions and put us in touch with locals for car rental and trips. Thank you, friends!

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and really liked having two private, shaded terraces, a handy kitchenette, and lots of storage in the wardrobes and shelves. There was air conditioning, though we hardly used it. The pool stays shaded in the middle of the day, when the sun elsewhere can be relentless. The host was so nice and helped with everything we asked for. We were lucky to stay here. Many thanks for a pleasant visit!
