The beach bar next door was great, and we never heard any noise from it. The house itself was huge and spotless, and our host was wonderful.

We found the host very helpful, and the house was clean. The setting was beautiful too.

We all had a wonderful stay, including our 15-year-old children, who were thrilled with the place. Set just a few meters from the sea in Rododafni, the house faces the Euboean Gulf on one side and sits right against the mountain on the other. Edipsos baths are only 5 kilometers away, and a walk along the beach beneath the five-blue sky beside the green sea is a lovely way to enjoy the area. The house is spacious, with plenty of rooms and interior areas for a large group, two big fireplaces, and a large kitchen where everyone can sit around the comfortable table. It was spotlessly clean, and the view is wonderful. Outside, there’s an organized barbecue in the yard among beautiful fruit trees, with room to enjoy a meal with your group without disturbing the locals or being disturbed by them. There’s also a large, clean jacuzzi, and the view from the upper balcony is fabulous. The house has a lovely energy, and the hosts are hospitable and very kind. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful Easter break and felt right at home. The villa is roomy, comfortable, and cozy, with a large yard, barbecue, big table, and balcony furniture for relaxing. It’s only a few steps to the beach, and there’s a lake with swans about a kilometer away. You can see the sea from the windows, and the port is an 8-10 minute drive. There was a thoughtful welcome on the kitchen table: painted eggs, cookies, fruit, and a bottle of wine. The place was clean and tidy down to the details, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. There are enough bedrooms for four families, bathrooms come with toiletries, and every room has air conditioning, which matters a lot. We were also delighted to find stacks of Russian-language books. Many thanks to the owners and staff. I’m sure we’ll return again and again, and I’d definitely recommend this villa.
