We went with four families and had a truly amazing stay. There are four family rooms, plus a large shared space with a huge kitchen, living room and dining area. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very clean. The owner arranged for a maid to come in the morning to help with groceries, breakfast and cleaning, and was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The place is kept in perfect shape and order. There’s a huge area for the kids to play, and the private beach is about 150 meters away. That’s close enough to enjoy the beach but still safe for little children. It’s so relaxing and perfect for families looking for a secluded getaway. I’ll definitely go again. Highly recommended.

We spent 5 days at Just Barret with our young child, who loved it. Lia and her team even have babychairs and toys. There’s an almost private beach with umbrellas and chairs, kayaks, a large saloon, and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. The place is peaceful and very well maintained. Just perfect!

The hosts were lovely, and the private beach felt like it was all ours. Breakfast was wonderful too. It’s a quiet, pleasant place and one of the most beautiful spots in Greece. Recommended if you want to clear your head.

Andonis was the perfect host and made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely come back. The rooms and the whole complex are pretty, cozy and comfortable, and the peaceful beach is beautiful. We really enjoyed the sap and kayaks.

The villa is huge and lovely, with an olive garden and a private beach. Each spacious room has its own bathroom, and the accommodation is fully equipped with everything needed. The peace and quiet are unbeatable. The bicycles, SUPs and canoes are a great bonus to use. We really enjoyed staying there with the kids.
