The owners were warm and polite, and the rooms were spotless with a view of the sea. I was there for three nights for a motorcycle event in Rovies. The place is right by the water and just a short walk from the village square, shops, and tavernas. There’s a lovely garden and a snug little spot to sit by the sea with a coffee. The price felt very reasonable for what you get.

Dimitra and her mother were so thoughtful and helpful that we really felt welcomed into the Lappas family. We spent three nights there on a family trip around north Evia, and the location by the beautiful beach in Rovies was hard to beat. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. A shower curtain would have been useful, though it wasn't a major issue. North Evia is well worth seeing, and Lappas Rooms made a lovely base for the trip.

The owner was kind, the room was clean, and the view was lovely. I’d recommend it for a holiday in Evia.
