The place itself is awesome, and I’d come for an afternoon coffee just to enjoy that great view. It’s a little pricey, though, and the service was awful. It took ages for anyone to come take our order. Apparently there was only one waiter handling orders for the whole place. That’s just my opinion, of course.

We stopped in for drinks and cake, which were both fine. The view looked amazing, but the windows were dirty so we couldn’t enjoy it properly. The toilets also seemed poorly attended to. I wouldn’t choose to stay here based on that visit, though I’m only guessing since we didn’t stay overnight.

A welcome place to get out of the heat for a while. We stopped for afternoon refreshments, and found the hotel and grounds lovely and peaceful. Inside, a long room with big windows looks down over the forest towards the northern coast and the sea.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the views were a real highlight while my partner and I were road-tripping across the island. The staff were welcoming and helpful, too. I really enjoyed the turkey baguette with crisps. Forgot to take a photo, unfortunately! 😒

The location is amazing, with panoramic views, and it seems like a great base for cycling or hiking. I only visited, but I’d love to stay here.
