We left a few days ago and already miss it so much. The hotel was fantastic for the price, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Sofia greeted us on the first night and made us feel at home right away. George made the best cocktails and gave us great service, and everyone was lovely. The food was really tasty, especially the congoon salad and chocolate cake. The view from the pool and restaurant was beautiful too. My partner, our one-year-old, and I had a fantastic stay. We’ll be back for sure :)

The free minibus into town was great, and the hotel is close to the main town with beautiful views. It’s modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only real issue was noise from the air conditioning in other rooms. It vibrated through our room and made sleep difficult. The fridge was very noisy too, sitting on a shelf. Still, an amazing place to stay.

A nice little four-night stay, with friendly, accommodating staff, clean rooms, and amazing views of the town, sea, and beach. There was good food and drink at standard prices. The two problems were the noisy air conditioning heat exchange unit from the room upstairs and rattling fridges in my room and upstairs. I think it’s something to do with the units they sit on. Apart from that, we had a nice stay.

The team made the stay feel personal by taking the initiative, and I was especially happy to meet Sophia, who speaks Turkish as well as fluent English. Efharistw poly!!! The location is great too, with easy access to the beach and Chania city center. There’s a fabulous sea view, and watching the sunset while eating the delightful "galaktoboureko" was such a treat. I could have it every day with a Greek coffee and that view. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Top hotel in Chania sits in a lovely spot at the top of the hill, with nice rooms, a very clean swimming pool, and a perfect breakfast. It’s not so comfortable for families, though, since the walk to the beach takes 15 minutes downhill and 20 minutes back up.
