The location is very quiet, and the big balcony was a wonderful place to sit with the family in the evening. We watched the harbor view and starry sky from the deck chairs, a memory we’ll keep for years. The apartment was tidy and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge, and modern appliances. The air conditioners were new, effective, and quiet enough not to disturb sleep. Chrysa was an excellent host and always available. One thing that could be improved is the lighting: a couple of side lamps in the living room/kitchen would help, since the central light is dim.

The staff were polite, efficient, and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and had a great view. I especially enjoyed that everything was turquoise. It was very well equipped, and I’d definitely recommend it!

The view from the apartments is stunning, and they’re new and very well maintained, with a kitchen, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. In our apartment, the kitchen and living area were spacious, but the bedroom and bathroom were small, especially the cramped bathroom. The biggest disappointment was not being able to leave our bags in a secure place for a few hours after checkout while waiting for the boat. At this high nightly price, I expected that service. In all the places I’ve stayed over the past decades, I’ve never been unable to store my belongings for a few hours. They also asked for full payment on arrival, which surprised me. I wouldn’t call it good value for money.

Nicoletta was there to welcome us when we arrived at the place, which we rented under the name "Arsinoi apartments". The view is superb, it’s very quiet, and it has all the comfort you could want. I’d recommend having a vehicle to get around more easily, as the rental is halfway between Livadi and Chora. A beautiful monopati connects the two villages.
