We spent nine nights in a swim-up room with our own pool access, chairs, and sofa. The hotel welcomed us with a drink and fresh fruit, then showed us around. Everything was modern, including the automatic AC that switches off when you open the pool door. Everyone was attentive and friendly, from room service and the concierge to the beach and restaurant teams. The food was excellent, with lots of variety and good quality. We’re already planning to come back, it was five stars all around.

The food and coffee were a letdown for what was presented as gourmet dining. Breakfast had stale pastries and overcooked eggs, and the coffee tasted like watered-down instant. Room service was just as poor, with cold, bland meals that seemed like they came from a discount freezer. Service was painfully slow everywhere, from check-in and dining to housekeeping. When we needed basic amenities, our requests were ignored, management was nowhere to be found, and the front desk didn’t seem to care about complaints. It felt like staff were undertrained and possibly too few in number. I expected a luxury five-star stay at Epos luxury beach Hotel, but got poor service, bad management, and low-quality food and coffee. The hotel charges five-star prices for what felt like a two-star experience, cutting corners on food, service, and guest satisfaction. I’ve stayed in budget hotels with better meals and more attentive staff. I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

I fell for this place so much that I’m going back as soon as I can. I spent two wonderful weeks here in May, and the hotel team made me feel welcome from day one. I got close to the crew and we did something together every day. The two brothers who own the place are great too. The hotel facilities were lovely, and there was fresh food every day with plenty of choices. My favorite spot was the bar’s great terrace overlooking the open sea. Efrosini, such a lovely woman, mixed the best drinks there. The warmth of every employee impressed me, and I love the Greeks’ wonderful mentality ❤️

The ocean view was nice, but it felt like their ambitions were ahead of what they could deliver. Our food took 90 minutes to arrive, and after 20 minutes the waiter asked if we wanted to pay.

The beach is just across the road, and the hotel looks after its section every day, so it was very tidy. The pool area was peaceful and lovely too. Inside, the place feels modern and new while still being stylish and comfortable. The food was great, and service was friendly and capable. We’ll definitely return :)
