The apartment was old and dirty, especially the bathroom, despite how good the photos looked. The cleaner came every day but seemed to only swap the towels and bed linen, and only in one apartment. She didn’t enter my brother’s apartment until I called the owner. Be careful with your belongings, too, because money disappeared.

The towels and shirts had stains, and the towels had turned grey from use. For the first three days, the cleaning lady kept “forgetting” to take out the trash, until we complained to the owner. In our eight-day stay, the floor was cleaned only twice, and we had to call the owner to get it done. The bathroom was terribly unhygienic. I had to buy a full set of cleaning products and scrub the shower and toilet myself, a first for me on vacation. The owner clearly isn’t learning from earlier bad feedback, since the bathroom looked just as previous guests had described it on booking.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. The towels smelled moldy, the fridge stank like carrion, and the mosquito traps were falling apart. The staff were very bad. Never again.
