We really liked it here. The room was clean and spacious, with good air conditioning, and the sea view beside the picturesque bougainvillea was amazing.

My room had an amazing sea view, and the location puts Alkyon hotel right on Sfakia's nightlife street, directly across from the water. The room was spacious and decent, though pretty basic, which felt in keeping with the price. I stayed two nights and thought the value was very good. I'd suggest improving the staff hospitality, but I still think the hotel is a good choice.

The apartment was tiny and very old, and getting to it meant climbing a long staircase. They only accept cash and don't provide a payment receipt.

Mr. Stavros was approachable and helpful, and could provide information about Sfakia and ways to enjoy a stay there. Hotel Alkyon is conveniently placed, with Vrisi beach just 50m away. The port, restaurants, and other places are all within walking distance. A safe stay and good value for money. I recommend it with 5 ⭐. p.s. Virginia is NOT affiliated with or sponsored by Alkyon.

Getting to the apartment means going up a long staircase. It was very small and outdated, and they only take cash without giving a payment receipt.
