The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, and the location made the stay especially easy. One thing to watch: photos in some reviews seem to belong to a nearby hotel, so make sure you’ve got the right pictures. I had a really comfortable visit and would happily recommend the place.

We booked through Booking and regretted it. The kitchen had a strange, almost acidic smell, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room, and the WiFi barely worked at all. There was no reception, so we were left on our own, and mosquitoes showed up every day. The ad was misleading, too, since there’s no swimming pool. The owner wasn’t kind or helpful and seemed interested only in money. I’d steer clear of this accommodation.

There was access to a pool, and our towels were changed every three or four days. That was about all I liked. The apartment felt dirty and neglected, and it was very bare: no colander, and just one glass and one plate.
