Old Well Apartment & Studio

We didn’t like these apartments and left before the end of the period we’d paid for. Maybe they’re considered good for this region, but nearby we found places that were much bigger, newer, and had no construction around them. When we asked to get even one night refunded, the landlord refused, saying the apartment had recently been renovated and not understanding what I was complaining about. I can’t see what the advantages are, except that it’s fairly close to the beach, which is pretty normal in this town. I’d suggest avoiding these apartments.
