The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night. The bedroom is nicely decorated, with a lovely outdoor seating area that can be closed off for privacy from the tavernia at night or left open. There’s another seating spot before you enter the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped: a full fridge and freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, two-burner hob and slow cooker. There are place settings for three, plus a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious, with a powerful shower and three attachments, and even has a built-in seat if standing is difficult. There’s also a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. Nickos made sure we had everything we might need. We stayed at the 50/50 in September, and it felt like home. I can’t fault it or think of anything negative to say. We haven’t booked for next year, but we will for 2027, hopefully booking the house if our grandchild can join us. Thank you Nikoa for a wonderful stay.

We go to the restaurant several times a year and always have great food and a lovely experience. The owners are so welcoming and accommodating. I haven’t stayed in the apartment yet, but I highly recommend the restaurant. 💯

Make time for the tavern beside the accommodation. Nikos' parents serve delicious traditional dishes and sweets there. We stayed at the beautiful 50/50 Luxury Apartments during our holiday this year and had an excellent experience all round. The apartment was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. Nikos was a friendly, helpful host and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! 😍

Everything was close by, and the place was quiet. The tavern right opposite even served us in the room. There’s a supermarket across the street, and the hotel has a pool with a bar. Our host was on hand for anything we needed. The room was luxurious for Sidari, and the bathroom was especially impressive. It was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Definitely worth the money. I’ve found my favourite room for next time I’m in Sidari. Thanks for the hospitality.
