Acrotel Lilyann Boutique Hotel

The sunsets are stunning every evening, and the staff made us feel so well looked after. Krystallia was especially lovely and took care of us all week. This is a beautiful, sweet boutique hotel in a great location, with everything you need, easy access to the beach, and a number of wonderful restaurants nearby.

Parking was spacious and had an EV charger at 0.45 euros per kWh. The Wi-Fi worked well in the room and restaurant/bar, which was handy for work, and it was nice that the power outlets stayed on while we were out. The bathroom was large with decent storage, but the room overall was cramped. Our triple room was at most 18 square metres, with an extra bed squeezed in for our child, leaving barely enough space between the desk and bed. The small balcony had no towel rack, though I saw some other balconies did. There were few places to store clothes, sockets were in odd spots, and the pillows were hard even though the bed itself was comfortable. Cleanliness was questionable: the shower area was dirty, there were cobwebs in corners, a moldy patch on the wall, and a strange smell in the room. Restaurant choices were limited, and prices felt excessive: 7 euros for a draft beer, 4.2 euros for a 250 ml Coke, 16 euros for moussaka, and 2 euros for half a litre of water. Staff in the restaurant seemed poorly trained and interrupted us every couple of minutes to ask if they could clear plates. When we ordered drinks, they immediately asked whether we'd pay by room, card, or cash. I didn't like being interrupted to approve removal of a plate we'd set aside while we were still eating. The sunbed area at the beach was big enough for guests and visitors. The water entry is rocky, so water shoes help. The water isn't turquoise, but it is clear enough to see some fish, and there are nicer beaches nearby. We stayed six nights in August, two adults and a child, on half-board. At 320+ euros a night, this was poor value, and I wouldn't return.

We had a really pleasant, relaxing time here. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food delicious, and the pool and sea view were incredible. The beach is nice too, though there are rocks in the water. You can find sandy sections if you walk a little. I'd rate the hotel even higher!

The sunset was beyond words, and the peaceful feeling of the place was priceless. Our first holiday with a baby went so well that we'll definitely return. The family room had plenty of space, was clean, and looked out to sea. We felt at home thanks to the wonderful staff. The food was excellent and varied, and they made the baby the things we asked for. Greetings from little Djurdja to everyone at the hotel.
