The location is amazing and the balcony is lovely, but we had a lot of problems during our stay. The WiFi barely worked in many rooms, and during emergencies we couldn't reach family abroad. We had to go about 10 meters outside our room to get a usable signal. I also had to ask directly for fresh towels. There wasn't enough toilet paper or any spare trash bags, and the tiny bathroom bin was rarely emptied. Once, there was no warm water from 4-6 PM. The kitchen wall was in awful shape, and there was nowhere useful to put clothes, no drawers or closets at all. The balcony window had no mosquito net, and the dish soap was stale and unusable. One AC unit barely worked and probably needs a filter change. One bed had only a second sheet instead of a proper cover, and its frame made terrible noises, like it might break.

The staff made my stay at Aegean Blue Studios in Marmaras really enjoyable. They were welcoming, attentive, and always around to answer questions or help with whatever I needed.

The location is what makes this place somewhat worthwhile. The rooms are extremely small for the price, and the wireless connection was the biggest annoyance, barely usable. As a visitor from abroad, I really needed it. Street noise also made it hard to fall asleep, and you can hear the neighbors easily.

Choosing this studio for my vacation in Neos Marmaras turned out to be a great decision. It was beautiful, and the owner was wonderful, helping us figure out where to go and what to see. The neighborhood felt friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. I'd recommend staying here and will definitely come back. :-)

We found the rooms tidy and pleasant, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The spot is ideal, near the center, beaches, and cafes, while still feeling quiet.
