We came for 2026 NYE with eight adults and five kids, and ended up wishing we could stay longer. The property had great facilities and a top location, and getting there from Bulgaria by car was easy. I can only imagine how it is in the summer. Contact the host outside booking platforms for better rates.

We enjoyed staying at Elias villas so much. It’s the best villa stay in Greece, you should try it and not miss out.

Dimitris met us with instructions and helpful information, and the villa has its own driveway with an electric gate, though it doesn’t show on Google Maps. The views are magnificent, and there’s a beach right below with umbrellas and chairs reserved for villa guests. We loved eating outside in the mornings and relaxing there at night. There’s a big outdoor seating area, barbecue and dining table, plus a cozy living room with an eight-person dining table. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, coffee machine and microwave. The villa itself is beautiful and well maintained.

The staff made our holiday memorable. They were empathetic, ready to meet our needs, and the daily cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated the chef service too. The infinity pool and direct beach access made for a very relaxing stay. The venue is wonderful and comfortable. One thought for enjoying the scenery: the beaches get very crowded in August, so you may prefer another time.
