We were a group of seven and stayed for a week in this stunning villa. It’s spacious, built with eco-friendly materials, and has a beautiful, large garden with olive trees. The private pool area was the highlight, a relaxing spot to chill with cocktails and music. We’ll definitely be back next year.

The pool was our favorite part. Set off to the side among olive trees, it felt private and was such a nice spot to read or just relax. Everything was extremely clean too, including the house, pool area, and outdoor lounging spaces, thanks to the cleaning lady who did a great job. We came with my partner, another couple, and our dog, and it was great that pets were welcome. Since it was the end of a two-week holiday, we were tired of eating out and cooked at the villa instead. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Greek dishes, and we used the barbecue several times. The friendly family running the place made the stay feel easy. I’d happily return.

We were welcomed with wine, beer, and local olive oil, and the owner was so helpful that he even drove us around to point out good beaches and restaurants in Vourvourou. Avista Villa is a great base for enjoying this part of Sithonia. The bay is across the road, and restaurants, supermarkets, and gorgeous beaches are only a short drive away. The area is stunning. We drove around several times, finding lovely little beaches and beautiful scenery, with crystal clear water everywhere. Back at the villa, the interiors were spotless, the leafy outdoor spaces were lovely for meals and relaxing, and it was cleaned daily. We also appreciated the large, efficient fridge-freezer and the strong shower pressure. The decked pool was a welcome extra on hot days.

The privacy and all the thoughtful details in the interior were what we loved most. The garden is beautiful and the pool is stunning too. We were two families staying for a week, and we’ll definitely be back next year. Totally recommend it 👌

The owners were so polite, which was my favorite part. The house is fully equipped, and the location worked well for us, near the center and very close to some nice beaches. My family and friends had a great time. It was very clean, with a lady coming almost every day. The kids loved the pool and garden and played outside all day. Absolutely worth it, and I recommend it ☺️
