Our stay was generally satisfying: the rooms were new, the food was good, and the staff were nice. But I wouldn't recommend it for families with very young children. We asked for a baby cot and didn't get one, and our room, 214, was on the second floor, making it hard to manage the stroller. The terrace faced the road, and there wasn't a single electrical socket in the bathroom. Cleaning was okay but could have been better. Several times, when we got back late from the beach, there wasn't enough hot water, so our child had to shower in almost cold water. I don't know the cause, but the hotel seemed aware, as they replaced the whole faucet on day seven without us complaining. The hotel only has a very basic high chair, with no tray or safety belts, so it was messy and felt unsafe. There's no proper playground, just two small pieces of equipment, and no activities for children. Most of the yard is tiled, and gets slippery from rain or pool water. Our child fell one day. These things don't seem like they would need a big investment for the Acrotel group. The walk to the beach isn't very close, and the road looks rough, with fast cars and no sidewalk. The nearest stretch has large pebbles and grass, though there are better spots if you move left or right. Nikiti has constant traffic jams, so I wouldn't choose it as the best base for exploring Sithonia. Breakfast and dinner were strictly limited to two hours, and staff took plates while we were still finishing, which felt pushy.

The hotel was okay, but housekeeping really wasn't. We waited over an hour to get our room after 4 pm. During our week, the bedsheets weren't changed once, the cleaners knocked during our rest time at 3 pm, and there wasn't enough soap in the bathroom. A child's cot should have been in the room before we arrived, but I had to ask for it and it came a day later. The restaurant food was okay. Breakfast could have had more kinds of juice and other drinks, and the children's play area could use more equipment. To reach the beach, you have to take a dusty road with heavy traffic. Side streets are a better way to avoid it.

The beach was beautiful and clean, just a short walk away. Sunbeds and umbrellas cost 10 euros, but that amount can go toward food or drinks, which they bring right to your spot. The hotel was very clean, with daily housekeeping and lovely, well-kept grounds. Staff were exceptionally kind and polite, regularly checking that we were comfortable or needed anything. We had a wonderful stay at Acrotel in Nikiti. The food was outstanding, with home-style breakfasts and dinners made from high-quality ingredients. There was plenty of meat, fish, dessert, and fresh fruit every day. I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful, high-quality holiday in Greece.

The location worked well for us, with a beautiful beach and good seafood restaurants nearby. My room was perfect, and they kept everything tidy. They even helped my grandma decorate and surprise my mum for my birthday. The place was so welcoming, and I have no complaints. I'd recommend it for a relaxing break.

The hotel's location was decent, about a ten-minute walk from the seaside and restaurants, which were very nice. But our stay at Acrotel Lily Ann Village fell short of the positive Google reviews that led my family to choose it. We paid extra for a Superior room and contacted the hotel through Booking.com beforehand to request a pool view, because I'd heard the road-facing rooms were noisy. Staff assured me all Superior rooms faced the pool. At check-in, though, we were given a small room facing the road. When I raised it with the Front desk manager, she asked for an email with a screenshot of our Booking.com conversation and said the manager would respond soon. Someone on the hotel staff had apparently made a mistake, as they put it. They said they'd try to speak with the manager about changing our room, but after waiting all day, the next day they told us nothing could be done. I don't think they even tried. Motorcycles and cars made a lot of noise at 3 AM, and some hotel staff parked their motorcycles right outside our room at night. We'd specifically requested a pool-side room to avoid the road noise, but nobody resolved the problem. I felt badly let down after they'd assured us and then said they couldn't help, even after I discussed it with them. We also paid 30 euros per day for our dog, after being told that came with treats and water, a comfortable bed, toys, food and water bowls, litter bags, access to the dog pharmacy at reception, and a special Acrotel scarf. All we got was bowls and some food, which we didn't use because we'd brought our own. The staff tried to be nice and called before arrival to ask when we'd get there. Still, they asked us to pay for the accommodation as soon as we checked in, which felt strange but was okay. We also paid 25 euros in taxes that we hadn't expected, as this wasn't listed on Booking.com. The housekeeping women were very nice, but they cleaned with a floor mop. The hotel apparently had no vacuum cleaner, so our room was full of dust and dog hair for all five days. I don't think this was the housekeepers' fault, and I wish management would provide the equipment to clean properly. Breakfast was okay, but the food was the same every day and not great. This isn't the worst hotel we've stayed at, and it has potential, but the Google and Booking.com reviews aren't fully accurate. I expected much more. It seems like a three-star hotel trying its best, and the property could do better. Please sort out room assignments when confirming availability. We paid honestly for a larger room, were promised one thing, then ended up in a much smaller double room with poor cleaning and motorcycles making noise every night. Thank you for your time.
