Acrotel Porto Brava Seaside Resort

We won't stay in these houses again. The layout felt cramped, with the terraces and cars packed close together, and the parking takes up the areas that should be green. For a four-bedroom house, there was only one space, and the lot we drove through charged for parking. The only view was of cars. There were constant problems inside too. Hot water was missing much of the time, the bathrooms and one bedroom smelled moldy, and one bedroom wall was wet. There were no towel or shower racks. For eight guests we found just five forks and three coffee cups. Our sheets weren't changed during five days, and no cleaning was done, although it was advertised every three days. The pool was in a bad spot and needs renovation. There was no barbecue or gym despite both appearing in the listing photos. We went to Acrotel Lily Ann Village in Nikiti, where the reception is, and asked to move because the house didn't match the conditions described. They said they could bring a barbecue, but it never arrived. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the awful stay we had.

We were really impressed by the service. When we arrived, our AC wasn't working, so the staff brought fans, gave us complimentary gifts, and offered a free extra night. We couldn't stay longer, so they refunded us for two nights at the villa and still let us remain there. The villas are lovely inside and out, right in the center of Ormos Panagias and easy to reach. They work especially well for larger groups.

The fish restaurant near Porto Bravo is well worth trying, and we especially loved the beach and pool area. Our family gave the beach and restaurant 5+, the pool grounds 5, and the welcome, staff, parking, accommodation, and cleaning 5. Internet was the one weaker point, at 5-. We felt at home from the first few minutes. The snow-white rooms, natural materials and furniture, and colorful little details suited our taste perfectly, and the place exceeded our expectations. If you enjoy beautiful, luxurious design, this is a great place to stop in Ormos Panagias. Thanks to the staff for such a cozy, chic stay, and wishing the hotel continued success.

Wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and quiet, and the towels were changed daily. Inside, there's a huge living room, a gym, three bathrooms, and three bedrooms. There's a lovely beach nearby and a great restaurant called Avra. For a beach tip, I'd say La Luna, it's luxurious but cheap.
