The lady in the restaurant was the one consistently positive part of our stay. She was kind, professional and attentive throughout, and really stood apart from the rest of the team. Our experience with the other staff was disappointing. They were friendly and accommodating while we were booking and discussing payment, but their attitude changed once we were staying there. We were accused of something we hadn’t done. Staff apologized at first, then at checkout reversed their position in an unprofessional way, implying they “knew” otherwise. It felt inconsistent, disrespectful and uncomfortable. Different staff gave us different accounts at different times, without a clear explanation, and the issue wasn’t properly resolved. It made it hard to trust them. The hotel itself was average at best. A recent renovation may give a first impression of a higher standard, but the place didn’t fully live up to it. The pool was another problem: there was so much chlorine that it damaged swimwear after use. The service and attention to guests didn’t match the impression the hotel tries to give. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beach is right across the road, and the staff were welcoming, hospitable and always smiling. Thanks especially to Ilectra, Katerina and Dimitris for making our stay so pleasant. This is my favorite place to stay in Halkidiki so far. The room was modern and well furnished, and the bathroom was nicely done with strong water pressure. Rooms were cleaned daily, even on Sunday, and towels were changed each day too.

The receptionist was kind and professional, and clearly doing her best, though it was hard for her to stand out under the owner’s “leadership.” The owner seemed irritated all the time, and even a simple request for ice was treated like a personal insult. Hospitality and politeness didn’t seem to be part of the training. We booked based on the lovely Booking photos, but the actual place had little in common with them. On arrival, we thought we’d made a mistake because the exterior looked nothing like the advertised images. The rooms were clean and decent, but the outdoor area was disappointing, and the pool looked like it was from another century. We even saw children jumping in with socks on. The stay felt more like a comedy than a holiday. If being treated rudely in outdated facilities after a misleading presentation sounds appealing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

26.09. Our four-day stay at this “wonderful” hotel is over. Our room wasn’t cleaned once. After what happened on the second day, staff ignored us and insisted that we always had a do-not-disturb sign on the door. I know for a fact we put up a sign asking for cleaning when we went out for lunch and a walk. That evening I asked the cleaning staff to clean the room. They called the receptionist, then showed me photos on their phones of us supposedly having a red sign on the door. I know we’d left the request-for-cleaning sign. They were rude and told me to keep quiet, that I had no right to say anything, and that nobody would clean because staff were off duty. We were on vacation with a one-month-old baby and just wanted a clean room. We paid for the room, but it wasn’t clean, and the whole mood was ruined. We arrived on September 23rd, and our first impression was very good. The next morning, I asked the cleaning lady to come later because our one-month-old baby was sleeping, and she agreed. We went to the beach, then came back to find the room supposedly “cleaned”: they’d only taken out the trash and replaced one towel. I asked the receptionist to mop the floor because of the baby, but she said the room had been cleaned. I offered to show her how it had been left, but she refused and said I was being too negative. Around 8 PM they finally came to clean, while saying it had already been done, that I wasn’t a special guest and they owed me nothing. It’s a shame such a nice hotel is being spoiled by unprofessional people. If you’re thinking of staying here, think twice.
