Forty Roses Luxury Apartments

We loved being a little away from the busy areas, and it was very quiet. You can hear cars a bit, but the accommodation is set back enough from the main road that it’s quite discreet. The location worked very well for us, though it depends what you’re after. With a car, beaches and nearby supermarkets are easy to reach. On foot it might not be ideal, though still manageable. I stayed with my wife and two kids. The apartment was excellent, super clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s a very nice garden for the kids to run around and play, and the sun shades for the cars are a great touch. Ioannis was professional and helpful, and communicating with him was a pleasure. We’d have no doubts about coming back.

We had a great family vacation here with our 5 year old. It’s a really quiet spot with a large yard to move around in, and the sun shades for the cars are perfect. The place is surrounded by olive trees that are hundreds of years old. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and manager Ioannis was always available. The owners are nice people. Thanks, Isaak, for the coffee and conversation, it was lovely. The hospitality from these Greek people left us with nice memories.

The location was quite poor for getting around on foot. There’s a supermarket, but walking there felt dangerous because of the busy road. No beach with sunbeds is reachable on foot, though there are plenty a few minutes away by car. The owner was nice, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. It had a private entrance and terrace, and the furniture and place were better than others in this price range. I’d call it good value for money, but it’s far from luxury or five stars, not even premium.

The owners are very kind and helpful. In peak season, when it’s hard to find a boat, they arranged a rental for the four of us. We were traveling with two kids. The apartment is big and comfortable, with a very big balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is very good too. The location is right next to Vourvourue, and the most beautiful beaches are close by car, with Orange Beach at most 20 minutes away.
