Akti Oneirou Camping & Bungalows

We managed to get four days at the campsite just before it closed at the end of September. It was peaceful, the beach was relaxing, and the staff were really friendly. They had movie nights every day. We recommend it for a peaceful holiday.

The beach was stunning, with clear water that was perfect for swimming or unwinding. Our kids had loads of fun, and we felt at ease with them there. The people working at Akti Oneirou were all welcoming, from reception to beach service and the restaurant. The site is thoughtfully laid out, comfortable and close to nature, and everything was beautifully kept. You can see how much care has gone into the little details. I’d never camped before, but I loved it here. We’re first timers, and I’d recommend it to other campers too.

Our two-year-old spent all ten days running around barefoot and happy, from morning until night. It felt like a little paradise for our family. The food at the restaurant was a treat every time, and the restaurant and beach service were the best we’ve experienced. We’ve traveled all over, but this place really stood out. If you find an opening, book it. We’ll be back.

We returned for a second year and liked knowing what to expect: the food, coffee at the beach, the house, and how quiet it stays at night despite the neighboring houses. It’s a convenient spot, and the staff are friendly. Such a gem for families with younger kids, we have three!
