Our friends were staying there, but the hosts wouldn't let us drop by, even for five minutes. Guests aren't allowed to have visitors, and the whole experience was really bad. The hosts were rude.

From the balcony, I especially loved watching the sunset, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartments are clean, well kept, and have plenty of little comforts that make them feel like home. The beach is under 50 meters away, and the place is right in the city center, so restaurants, shops, and places for a drink are all walkable. The owners were the nicest I've ever met, always greeting us and asking how things were going whenever we stepped outside. They also had suggestions for food and services. I highly recommend Andreas Maisonettes if you're visiting downtown Nikiti.

Andreas treated everyone who was staying there to a superb barbecue. We had a great holiday at this family-run place, and I came with my family. We'd happily go back, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Only about 30 meters from the beach, and the hosts were friendly and ready to help. The accommodation was neat and clean, with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean, and the owners were friendly and nice. I have no complaints at all. I'd recommend staying here and would come back myself.
