The warm personal welcome from Achilles, the owner, made our short stay feel like spending time with a close friend we'd known for decades. He's truly a good person, and we want to thank him. Aria Garden Suites deserves a long review, even though I rarely write them. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking always available. The rooms are very well furnished with everything needed for a longer stay, and the whole hotel is thoroughly cleaned every day. Cleanliness really sets it apart. The pool is also maintained daily and was extremely clean, with barbaroni sun loungers. There aren't many places in Greece I'd rate 10 out of 10, but this is one. If Aria Garden Suites has no space, I'd recommend his brother's hotel, iLis Villas, where you'll also feel the magic of Aria. Guys, keep giving each guest a perfect vacation. You're amazing.

The pool and the 600-700m walk from the building to the beach are among the things that make these apartments stand out in the area. We were warmly welcomed, and the cleaning ladies did a great job. I'd suggest adding more dishes to the room and a coffee pot for Greek coffee. See you again! 🍀

The owner was so kind and welcoming that we felt right at home, and we really appreciated having a shared washing machine. We had a wonderful stay last summer. Everything was new and spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice place to relax, and both the beach and the center were an easy walk away. We'd be happy to return!

We've stayed at Aria Gardens in Nikiti two years in a row, and we're certain we'll be back again. The location is so convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the center. We also loved the calm atmosphere around the pool. When some kids started jumping into it, the host dealt with it politely and respectfully, and they stopped right away. He clearly cares about the comfort of everyone staying there. Everything was more than okay for us, from the spotless rooms and well-kept garden to the crystal-clear pool. The cleanliness is at a very high level, and we hope it stays that way for years. Each year we were greeted warmly. The host is present, polite, always ready to help, and takes wonderful care of the property. That dedication makes a difference. We love this place, highly recommend it, and are already looking forward to returning.

For the price, it's just right. The beach is a six- to seven-minute walk away, and the apartment stays spotless inside and out. It gets cleaned daily. After seven days, I didn't see a single grain of sand in it. :)
