We stayed in a spacious, clean two-bed studio with a beautiful balcony view, especially at sunset. The bed was large and comfortable, there were mosquito nets and extra covers for colder nights, and the bathroom always had hot water. The owner was polite and nice. The kitchen was separate from the studio and a bit dirty. There were no basic seasonings, kettle, or coffee maker, and without hot water there, all the dishes and cutlery felt sticky. The house is by the main road, so traffic noise continues all day and night. It wasn’t great for sleeping. WiFi was very poor and sometimes didn’t work at all.

We had prepaid for three nights using my wife's social tourism ticket, and the owner said we'd pay an extra 60 euros for the person without a ticket. We accepted that. Then, a few days before the stay, he called to say we could only stay two nights, even though we’d paid the full amount and arranged our permits. That left us scrambling for somewhere to stay for the extra night and paying a lot more by booking at the last minute. When we returned the key, he didn’t bring up a refund. We had to ask for our share back ourselves, and even then the amount we got didn’t match what he was supposed to refund.

Mr. Ilias was very kind and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. The rooms were nice, with a view over the lovely garden and the sea. Our car could stay in the shade in the private parking.

We were a family of four, and the room had everything we needed for the price, so it was great value. There was a balcony with a sea view and a nice yard with olive trees. Mr. Elias is kind and always ready to help. I highly recommend it.
