Epohikon Studios Apart-hotel

Breakfast is easy to arrange: you tick what you want the evening before, and it’s ready in the morning. We only ate there twice, since we wanted to try Greek food at nearby restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated. Parking is €5 a day, but we thought it was worth it for the space and security. The location is another plus, close to the city center and its range of local sights, flavors, and experiences. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The bungalow had everything we needed, and the little sitting area out front with its cute swing made it even nicer. We’ve stayed in Sithonia before, but this was our favorite place so far. The garden and flowers were amazing, carefully looked after and giving the whole place a lovely atmosphere. They cleaned our room every day and left complimentary coffee machine capsules daily. There was nothing we needed to worry about, just enjoy our stay. :)

My family loved the garden. It’s spacious, green, and shady, which was great in the summer heat. My toddler spent afternoons playing there with the owner’s little dog. The family running the place were so kind and went out of their way to meet all our needs. There weren’t any garden sockets, so they brought out two Socket Extension Cables so I could charge the baby cam while having a drink in the shade. The rooms had everything we needed, including a kitchenette, hair-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and even a basin. They were cleaned daily. There’s also a water cooler at reception and an outside WC for guests checking in or out. The shower pressure was the reason for four stars. I understand it can get low when everyone showers after a beach day, but even at normal times it was hard to wash properly. Thank you Epohikon Studios!

I spent two weeks here with my boyfriend and everything was wonderful. The staff were really kind and friendly, and the cleaning was always perfect. I also got to meet the owner’s family. They have a beautiful dog I fell in love with 😍. I hope I can come back, it’s worth it. Thanks so much!! ❤️
