George & Sia's House

Sia makes the place feel warm and welcoming, and her attention to cleanliness and detail is clear throughout. The rooms have everything you might need, and the hospitality feels thoughtful and comfortable. The baroque furniture doesn’t quite fit the cozy atmosphere she creates, though. This is a place for respectful guests, as Sia and her team clearly take pride in caring for every corner.

The atmosphere is peaceful and happy, and the rooms are clean. Sia is a perfect host. We’re grateful for the cheese pastry she gave us. It was excellent.

Sia is an incredible host, and after five visits to Neos Marmaras, I can confidently say this is the best place I’ve stayed. She provided free beer and water on arrival, along with coffee and sweets, and even lent us a beach umbrella at no charge. The rooms had everything we needed: working AC, a fridge, a large comfortable bed, comfy pillows, a decent-sized bath, and a terrace overlooking the beach. The terrace is big, with amazing views of the beach and sunset. The location is great too, about ten minutes from Paradisos beach and even closer to the centre. There’s plenty of parking, so that wasn’t a worry. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleanliness was better than at five-star hotels. Thank you, Sia!

The setting made exploring easy, and Sia was glad to offer directions and suggestions for nearby attractions. Inside, the rooms had a lovely mix of modern style and cozy warmth, and the whole guesthouse felt peaceful and charming. We were welcomed so warmly that it felt like staying with friends. We left with happy memories and would gladly return. I’d recommend George and Sia's Guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a genuine connection with the hosts.
