Georgia is the heart of Notia. Her warmth, care, and attention to detail make every visit feel personal, and she’s why we keep returning. This July was our fourth stay at Notia Luxury Living, and it once again surpassed what we expected. It really feels like a summer home away from home. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained every day. Thanks to the cleaning staff, even the maid taking care of our dishes was a lovely, pampering touch. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from the well-stocked kitchenette to the coffee capsules for each morning. We wholeheartedly recommend Notia to anyone after a peaceful, clean, welcoming getaway in beautiful Porto Koufo. Already looking forward to coming back!

The balcony was a great place to have breakfast, with amazing views of the port and mountains. We were also able to charge our electric car here, which is rare on this side of Greece. Thanks, Georgia, for the wonderful hospitality.

The area was peaceful, and we really liked our room. Georgia runs the place and is always kind and ready to help, whether with directions or restaurant suggestions. We’d love to come back soon. You can see and read more in the pictures.

A lovely lawn and a nice view, with shaded parking. It’s a very quiet place and ideal for relaxing. The host and staff were pleasant, and the sheets and towels were changed regularly, with regular cleaning too.

The balcony looks out over Porto Koufo, and the rooms are clean and nicely designed. We had good coffee in the room, and the staff were all friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Excellent seafood restaurants are just three minutes away. There’s a beach within walking distance, though you’ll need to drive to reach the best beaches, which are only a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay at Notia.
