The rooms are clean and nicely laid out, with a big balcony, plus a kitchen with a fridge and everything needed to cook. There’s also a large rooftop balcony with a great view of Athon maintain. A big public parking lot is about 50 m away, though there’s no parking around the hotel itself. We were surprised that air conditioning costs an extra 5 Eur/day. It would be better if that were included, with a discount for guests who don’t need it. You can’t leave the AC on while you’re out, and the only TV channels are German. :)

The host was kind and accommodating, and the views from every room were amazing. Rates are very affordable, and the stay was comfortable. There are several rooms suited to two people, as well as a family room for four. The shared rooftop terrace is fantastic, with a BBQ area, sun loungers, and lots of seating.

We had a lovely stay here with friends in September. It’s quiet and clean, well located, and good value, and the hosts were nice and helpful. They gave us tips for beaches and restaurants. Our room had a little balcony and a kitchenette, and there’s a beautiful rooftop garden with panoramic views. I’d definitely recommend it and would return on my next trip to Sarti.
