The hosts were extremely kind and polite, and the house had a really pleasant atmosphere. We loved the crystal-clear sea and the barbecue area, which was perfect for getting together. Nikiti and Neos Marmaras were both close and easy to drive to for a drink. I highly recommend it!

Just a four-minute drive away, Nikiti has everything you could think of, and there are lovely taverns around the villa too. The host was incredibly helpful and ready to provide whatever we needed, from travel planning to local recommendations. The villa sits almost on the beach, with a private path through the garden and only a 20-second walk to the sand. The house is lovely, with traditional Greek architecture, cozy rooms, an enormous living area, and a full kitchen that’s perfect for cooking. The garden is amazing and set up as a playground, making it great for families with small kids. There’s plenty of space for a group of at least a dozen. It was a perfect place for a vacation.

The house was dirty and nothing like the pictures. There was dust everywhere and huge spiders inside. It’s definitely haunted, no joke, we had a few really weird episodes. Avoid! Update: brave enough to share some pictures of your “clean” house!

The house is really close to the beach, about a one-minute walk, and we had a private beach with two umbrellas and two chairs. The house itself was okay, though a little messy. We didn’t have hot water inside, only outside.
