Perix House

We stayed for three nights in mid-September 2025 and paid €205 in total. The place was excellent and well located, very close to Masautis. It was very quiet, possibly because there weren’t many guests, and most rooms seemed available. The apartment kitchen is small, with a little electric stove, and the shower and toilet are together.

Everything was clean and tidy, just like in the picture they sent us. The owners were very kind. The place is in a good spot, near the beach but on a quiet street, and it’s not as hilly as the center. There’s also a cafe where you can get a drink or something to eat.

We spent a really lovely holiday here and are already looking forward to seeing Perix House again next year. The hosts were warm and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, helping us feel safe and welcome, answering our questions, and sharing tips on local places to visit. It’s a peaceful, charming spot away from city noise, but still not far from a beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting at their cafe for a drink or a bite to eat at an affordable price. There’s a barbecue in the front yard and a children’s playground at the back.

The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked very well. The bathrooms are quite small and might be ready for some renovation. The hosts are polite and helpful, and the on-site bar is a nice place to spend time, with tasty food at very affordable prices. We’ll probably come back.
