Sarti is a place we’ve spent our holiday several times, and Phoenix Studios has been one of the best studios we’ve stayed in there. Our room was clean, nice, and spacious, and the owners were kind and friendly. We even found fresh, cool fruit in the room. I’d recommend it for families and young people. We love Sarti and really love staying here. Thank you so much, guys!

The owners were very nice and hospitable, and the rooms had everything we needed. It’s close to the center of Sarti but on a quiet street. Definitely recommend staying here!

The location worked well for us, close to the main shopping areas and taverns. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every 2-3 days. The building was new, with modern furnishings and decor. The kitchenette was useful and had everything we needed, including a good-sized fridge. The windows had both blinds and drapes, plus mosquito nets. Our main complaints were the small bathroom and shower cabin. The room for two also felt a bit cramped with the extra sofa, which I don’t think anyone would use except to put luggage on.

Tanya was a warm, welcoming host and kept the COVID precautions. Following local guidance, you should explicitly ask for your room to be cleaned. The studio had everything needed, including a small balcony, built-in kitchen, AC, TV, and unusually good WiFi for this area. It’s close to the village center but on a quiet street, with excellent restaurants a couple of minutes away. The hosts live in the same building and could be quite noisy at times. They kept the quiet hours, but the daytime noise was what brought our score below five. The place was okay and good value for money, with a comfortable location.
