The owner wasn't willing to resolve problems, and there was none of the typical Greek hospitality. What we got didn't match the services described on the website, and the accommodation was far too expensive. The rooms were small and packed close together, with noisy families and little privacy. The rural setting wasn't ideal either, close to a busy road, with dogs barking all night.

Dimitra was a wonderful, friendly host, and if we return to Sárti, Rodon Garden will be our first choice. The whole complex, including the garden, was exceptionally well cared for. We loved the immaculate pool in the afternoons after the beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas there too. There's also a little playground for very small children and a nice outdoor entertaining area. The large shaded car park was a great bonus. Our ground floor room opened straight onto the beautiful garden. It was peaceful, set back behind the main road, with the beach a three-minute walk away and the lively town's shops and restaurants around ten minutes on foot. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and spacious enough for two adults and three bigger children. All the beds were comfortable apart from the single sofa bed, which was a little hard, but we slept really well. Towels and sheets were changed every two days. The balcony had a lovely view, and the rooms were clean and really pretty. The staff made us feel very welcome. There’s also a properly set up BBQ area with a table, seating, fridge, and sink. Parking was a big plus too, with space whatever size your vehicle is. A great place with everything covered.

We’re a couple, but enjoyed our stay, and it seems especially well suited to families with children. There’s a nice pool with a separate kids’ area, plus a kids’ space in the garden. Parking beside the building was easy and comfortable, with room for all the cars. The receptionist was very sweet and polite. Definitely recommend it.
