Sunshine Apartments

If you’re lucky enough to get one of the three top-floor rooms, the experience is great. The room itself is quite small, but there’s plenty of space on the terrace to sit in the sun or have something to eat in the evening. The view is incredible, just as you can see in the attached photos, and I’d say it looks better than most of the restaurants in the center. Very nice accommodation.

Everyone at Sunshine Apartments deserves congratulations. The hospitality and location are great, and the rooms are the cleanest. Beds and towels are changed, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The best rooms in Neos Marmaras.

The only little hassle was getting to the building by car. It’s up a steep alley where you can’t park, and some cars may not manage the 30+ degree slope. Moving trollers up and down is a bit awkward, though we only used them on arrival and departure, so it was a minor inconvenience. There’s a large free public parking area 200 meters away, with spaces always available, and you can leave your car there overnight. The place is clean, newly renovated, and centrally located near shops and restaurants, about a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to free parking. Prices are reasonable for the value. There’s air conditioning and mosquito nets on all the windows.

They cleaned the room every day, took out the rubbish, made the beds, changed the towels, and even washed the dishes when I was too lazy. This was simply the perfect place.
