The beach is beautiful and the sunsets were lovely, but they only took the edge off how upset we were. Inside, the villas were a huge disappointment: small rooms, old and broken furniture, peeling doors, dirty toilets, stained tiles, and a shower cabin full of dirt. Grease covered the kitchen doors and handles, the fridge was dirty inside, and there were lots of cobwebs. The whole house smelled of sewage, and the bathroom fans made a hellish noise. I had to clean myself on the first day, along with my friends in the three villas we had next to each other. When we told the host the houses were very dirty, she just said she was sorry and that she'd send someone in 4 days. We cleaned them ourselves in the meantime. For such a high price and poor quality inside, we felt cheated. I've attached pictures to show what we found.

The yard and balcony were nice, the beach was close, and one room had a good mattress. But the apartment was dirty, with broken items, and needs renovating overall. The toilets smelled, and the cleaning didn't solve that. The cleaner came only once in our ten days and did a superficial job. It wasn't worth the money at all.

We had a lovely time in Nikiti, and the easy walk to a beautiful beach was a real plus. The garden and patio were charming, the kitchen was well equipped, and the host took good care of us. The stay felt very much like home.

Maria is a wonderful host and took great care of us. The townhouse is right in the heart of Nikiti, within walking distance of the central bars and restaurants. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio with a garden and barbecue facilities. I'd highly recommend it and would rent it again.
