The roof terrace was huge and lovely, with greenery, two sun loungers, a barbecue area, and a big covered table for relaxing in the shade. There’s also seating on the other side of the apartment, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the sea. We stayed on the top floor, and the apartment was tastefully decorated, with three air conditioning units that kept us comfortable in the summer heat. It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and enjoy movie nights. The host was polite, professional, and accommodating, and made us feel comfortable as more introverted guests. We were welcomed in person when we arrived, and communication before and during the stay was through WhatsApp, with quick replies. Laundry service was available too. We got fresh towels easily from the host’s mother, who was very lovely. Highly recommended. You can’t go wrong here! ❤️

Meropi welcomed us at check-in with cold water and coffee capsules, and was very involved and hospitable throughout. Everything felt clean and welcoming. Theasis Luxury Apartments (Theasis 3) was easily the best choice for our vacation. The apartment is spacious, large, modern, and beautifully decorated. It has a superb sea-view terrace, a modern bathroom, a roomy walk-in closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also found an iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, stovetop, microwave, cooking utensils, tableware, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, large fridge, and air conditioning. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the center, and the same distance to Paradisos beach. I’d recommend this accommodation a thousand times over, without a doubt!

Asterios and his mother were incredibly helpful, sharing tips for Neos Marmaras, their picks for the best restaurants, and a really useful document listing places to visit in Sithonia. I’d give them far more stars for all their help. We had a great stay and will definitely come again. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped, with a kitchenette that had everything we needed. We cooked a few times, and the fridge, freezer, and electric stove came in very handy. We also loved the view and the large terrace.

The photos match what you find in person, and there are shops within walking distance. The apartments are lovely, with a huge terrace and barbecue that’s a great place to spend time. There’s a basic set of groceries too. Thanks to mom Sterios for the gifts for our son. Sterios is a very pleasant, knowledgeable host who’s always ready to help.
