Free parking is available outside, and the beach is very close. You can walk into the centre along the coast. The place is clean, tidy, and well equipped, and Dimitra clearly puts a lot of effort into keeping the rooms and property in tip-top shape. A lovely spot to unwind and enjoy Sitia.

We only had one night here, but I can easily picture staying longer. If we're back in Sitia, we'd stay here again. The apartment was spotless, with neatly made beds and crisp sheets, and it felt cosy, modern, and comfortable. Dimitra was so kind and friendly. The apartments sit in a lush garden full of banana trees and lovely plants, and she kindly picked us fresh bananas from one of the trees. They were delicious. Thank you so much, Dimitra. Highly recommended.

We'd happily stay again, especially for the value and the lovely gardens. Dimitra was a great host and available at all hours. It's quiet and clean, with plenty of room, two balconies, and views of both the sea and garden. The sea is two minutes away, and it's a flat ten-minute walk to the town's tavernas and harbour. The bathroom is about the size you'd get in a Travelodge, and the furniture has a homely Greek style.

The garden is beautiful, with fruit trees, herbs, and flowers, and the city is just a walk away. The beach is nearby too, so you can hear the ocean without it getting under your skin. The rooms are nice and clean, and the mattress was very good for my bad back. If you're after a quiet, cosy little paradise, this is it. Dimitra is incredibly kind and a wonderful host.

The garden is beautiful, and the place is so nice and cosy. We got a really warm welcome, even with two cans of ice-cold beer. It felt like a little bit of heaven. We'll come back and stay longer.
