There’s a free parking lot just across the road, and the small hotel is close to both the beach and Sitia’s main tourist area.

The balcony had a great view, and everything was nearby. The room was clean and very reasonably priced. I’d been worried by some reviews, but seeing the place for myself changed my mind. The woman at reception was really friendly, and the older lady was kind too. We’d happily come back in the future. Thank you!

For what I paid, this place actually beat my expectations. It’s clean, in a perfect spot about 100 m from the sea and beach bars, and Sitia is easy to get around on foot. The young new owner was helpful. The hotel could definitely use renovation, especially the bathrooms, and the kitchen had old, basic dishes and cutlery. They also couldn’t take card payments temporarily. Still, good value for money.

I’d booked by phone for more than three weeks, but when I arrived there wasn’t a room available. The rooms themselves are decent, but the management was poor.
