It’s only a couple of minutes from the main street, but the studio stays quiet and peaceful. It was cozy and clean, and the owner was friendly and kind. He also replied quickly whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

We were in apartment number 16 from June 30th to July 6th, 2025. Grivas Apartments had everything we could need, and the accommodation was incredibly good. All praise! ❤️

The owners were so friendly and generous, and even brought us traditional sweets when we arrived. Our room was cleaned every day, and Grivas apartments are really well placed, close to both the harbor and center. We stayed seven nights and had a great time. We’ll definitely come back.

We spent 22 days at Griva’s and will definitely return to beautiful Sivota. The apartments are close to restaurants, shops and beaches, with clean, roomy spaces and everything we needed. The owners were very kind, and the woman who cleaned our room every day was amazing.

Right in the village and near the sea, it’s a lovely place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the owners were very helpful. I really liked it.
