A cute spot for a relaxing summer break.

Even with our last-minute booking, Ms. Nana looked after us so well. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and clean, with parking always available in the yard. Its location was great too, only five minutes on foot from the centre. Thank you very much!

The apartment was spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets and towels every 2-3 days. It had a spacious living room and kitchen with two single beds, plus a bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe. The kitchen had basic utensils, two cooking rings, an oven, and a small fridge. There was central air conditioning controlled from the room, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough. The price was extremely satisfactory. We stayed at the end of June in the green building by the roundabout at Sivota’s entrance from Igoumenitsa. You do hear some traffic noise there, but it goes away when the balcony doors are closed. Parking is public, and although some spaces are marked for the accommodation, people don’t respect that during walking hours. The worst issue was the lack of maintenance, especially the electrical fittings. I found three broken sockets, one that was about to come out, and both bathroom sockets were in bad shape: one had a broken cover, the other wasn’t secured properly and had a 0.5cm gap (see photo). Neither was watertight as it should be. Electricity is the most dangerous thing in a house, okay? The light fitting by the door was hanging by its wires. At least the escape relay worked when I tested it. The shower was also tiny, so an adult couldn’t bathe with the door shut, and the ventilation was so noisy that you had to open the window, letting mosquitoes in?? If the electrical issue hadn’t been there, I’d have given the place a better rating.

We slept very well, and the room was quite good with parking for the guests staying there. There was a lot of damage, though, to things like the table railing, fridge, bed railing, and a useless pipe in the bathroom. Neither my parents nor I liked the bathroom. It wasn’t really a shower for washing, and we had to get the water hot after several of us had showered following the sea. For a fourth person, I think a wardrobe or sofa bed would have been better than a second bed. Still, it’s a decent summer option, with good prices for a student or family. Thank you. ❤️
