Amversa's Rooms

The host was so welcoming and attentive 🥰. The place was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, with a sea view and the beach just nearby. There are a few traditional taverns close by too. I'd recommend it!

A nice touch was the bottle of wine they left for us. The tavernas in the center of the area were an easy walk away, and there was a shared larger kitchen and a balcony facing the sea. Our own room was very small, with just a basic kitchenette, fridge, and sink. The bathroom was the biggest issue: tiny, with no window or ventilation, and the basin sat right beside the shower. When showering, water ended up across the whole floor. The old air conditioner was very noisy.

We stayed for a few days and found the rooms comfortable, though they aren't very modern. There's a shared kitchen and terrace, and the area is really quiet. The balcony view is spectacular, especially at sunset. It's also close to the beach.

The room is so cramped there's barely a meter of space around the bed. The bathroom is basically a toilet with a basin and a sink, plus a separate bathing area with a tap and a floor drain. When you use it, soapy water sits all over the floor. I have doubts that whoever issued the operating license actually saw this room. It feels like something from 1960, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The money was taken straight away, even though the owner knew anyone with a little time could find somewhere ten times better. I still haven't received my receipt and am waiting for it, otherwise... For anyone considering this place, read this and decide. There are thousands of better and cheaper options.
