The location made things easy, with the sandy beach, restaurants, shops, and a mini-market right next door all just a minute or two away on foot. Our apartment had everything we needed, including AC, kitchen utensils, and modern appliances, plus a large terrace. It was spacious and looked almost new. Every corner was spotless, and the sheets and towels felt fresh. Eva clearly takes pride in keeping the place immaculate. Eva was the real highlight. She’s warm, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You feel like more than just a guest, and she makes your comfort a priority. We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Xanthiotis Apartments, and it was everything I hoped for and more. I’d absolutely come back. If you’re planning to stay in Skala Rachoniou, do yourself a favor and book here. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and completely new, with a well-equipped kitchen and a big, comfortable terrace where we could have breakfast or dinner. It’s 20 meters from the beach, with parking out front. A supermarket is behind the apartments, and taverns are nearby. The host was very, very polite and friendly, and made us feel at home. Sheets and towels were changed after the third night.

Eva is such a lovely host and was always there if we needed help. The beach is 30 meters away, with a market just behind the apartment. There’s plenty of public parking around and we could always find a free spot. If everything is busy, the apartment also has three private parking spaces. Amazing apartment to stay in on Thasos. If we come back to Thasos, we know where we’ll stay!

The owner was friendly and helpful, which made our stay a delight. The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean. There’s easy parking, access to the beach, and a mini-market nearby. Five stars, highly recommended to everyone. Perfect stay!
