The seafront setting and sunbeds were excellent. I’d hoped for a full sea view, though, and was disappointed to get only a side view. The room was lovely inside, if a little small. Since it was October, the hosts seemed to have called it a season, and the place didn’t feel very welcoming.

What really made our stay was the owner’s hospitality. She seemed to work every waking hour and did everything she could to make guests feel welcome and take care of their needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the sea view from our room was spectacular. Sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine after a long day in the sun was lovely. It’s very handy for everything: just a three-minute walk to the ferry, with the beach, shops, and restaurants right nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tasoula was a great host, polite and knowledgeable, and made sure we were looked after. We spent three amazing nights here. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and the food was lovely with a sea view. From the hotel it’s only minutes to the port and to the many bars and restaurants in Scala. It’s a real gem, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thanks, Tasoula, we’re looking forward to coming back next year!

The owners were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was good, and the location made everything convenient, with the port just a five-minute walk away. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money for the great views. Our room was squeaky clean and the beds were comfortable. A couple of things could be better: there was no chair in the room, and the shower had no door, so the bathroom got very wet. Poolside rooms don’t have a teapot. Still, it’s excellent value and a great choice. We’ll be back.
