The hotel is a bit far from town, though the evening entertainment and the resort’s atmosphere make up for it. We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful resort, with a relaxing feel and lovely rooms with beautiful views. The animation team kept things lively throughout the day without being intrusive. We especially enjoyed yoga and archery. Each evening had a varied, well-organized program, with the dance performances and Greek night standing out. Dinner also changed theme each evening. We’d gladly come back.

There’s no place to get bottled water, so you have to buy it at the supermarket. It would be more than enough if they left a couple of bottles during daily cleaning. The evening program was very poor, especially when it was held in a nightclub, which was just sad. On the plus side, the hotel feels renovated, the rooms are high quality, and the sea view is amazing. The food is great, and while the drinks are local, they’re good quality. The green grounds are beautiful and there are lots of sunbeds, so no need to reserve one in the morning. Around 80% of the guests are German seniors.

Set right by the sea in a peaceful area, the hotel has a beautiful beach and is a great spot to unwind from everyday stress. The gardens are amazing, and the daytime and evening entertainment is fun and interesting. The hotel has been renovated well and keeps getting better. I’d definitely recommend it, 100 times over 🤍🙏🏻

My favorite thing was the excellent service. Everyone was so kind and clearly cared about making guests happy. Special thanks to Aleksandros, Thomas, Zienia, Evantia, Julliette, and the man who worked with Julliette on the evening shift, who we called "Waldek." You’re all great! We’ll definitely return with friends ❤️ Creta Star Hotel is my favorite hotel. The interior is modern, and the renovated rooms are clean and serviced daily. The food was fresh, varied, delicious, and well seasoned. It’s right on a sandy beach, with crystal clear blue water.

The rooms are spacious and have a lovely sunset view, and the food is varied and delicious. We had a wonderful holiday at your hotel. There was sometimes noise from the cleaning staff in the hallways early in the morning, and the entertainment program could be improved. Even so, five stars.
